For individuals
Adult therapy
Therapy can help when past experiences keep shaping the present, when anxiety or low mood narrows daily life, or when relationships and change feel difficult to navigate.

Counselling & psychotherapy
I work with individuals, couples and families using established therapeutic approaches, selected around the person rather than applied as a formula.
For individuals
Therapy can help when past experiences keep shaping the present, when anxiety or low mood narrows daily life, or when relationships and change feel difficult to navigate.
For relationships
A relationship can become organised around conflict, distance or mistrust. Therapy offers a calmer place to understand the cycle between you and practise a different way of responding.
For families
My family work is attachment-focused and informed by Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. I work with children, young people, parents, foster carers and adoptive families, with careful attention to safety and consent.
A focused approach
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is a structured therapy used to help people process distressing memories and experiences. We will discuss whether EMDR is appropriate before deciding to use it.
How I work
These terms describe the lens through which I understand distress. Rather than asking only “what is wrong?”, we consider what has happened, how you adapted and what your mind and body may still be trying to protect you from.
I draw on integrative, humanistic, systemic, relational and solution-focused approaches. My family work is DDP-informed and supervised by a DDP trainer and consultant. My EMDR practice is also supervised.
